Whoa! This guy is hot! Hector Kabande—restaurateur and hotelier—uses a secret ingredient his culinary creations that isn’t so secret: Hot Peppers . . . and lots of ‘em!

Kabande’s Mexican roots are the platform for his restaurant and hotel developments–and they are impressive. Family, great food, and hospitality were the Kabande family values. These principles, along with his hands-on attitude, are highly apparent by the warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and mouth-watering (sometimes, literally!) recipes of his establishments.
